Develop a Site Facilities Platform, spanning 8 hectares, and a Temporary Construction Camp Platform, covering 27 hectares, both featuring a diagonal cross slope of 2%. This design should include a basin of appropriate size for treating surface runoff. The Site Facilities Platform, designated for site facilities and large-scale earthwork storage, is situated to the north of the Construction Camp Platform. Meanwhile, the Temporary Construction Camp Platform is positioned at the junction of the Canga Camp Access Road, East Access Road, and LME8.

The process
Assembled a comprehensive project management team comprising a Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Construction Manager, Planner, Administrator, Procurement and Logistics Manager, Quality Manager, and HSE team. Additionally, a full supervision team was mobilized, including superintendents for various trades, supervisors, foremen, leading hands, skilled workers, and laborers.
This team is tasked with overseeing earthworks and sedimentation control, with the goal of developing an 8-hectare Site Facilities Platform and a 27-hectare Temporary Construction Camp Platform.
The team employed a diverse array of earthworks machinery, including Excavators, Dozers, Road Graders, Crane Trucks, Car Mix, Dump Trucks, Road Roller Compactors, and Water Trucks.
